Surah Al-Fatiha
The Opener: 7 verses in Arabic with transliteration and meaning.
An-Nasr, “The Divine Support”, was revealed in Madinah. When Allah's help and victory come and people enter Allah's religion in crowds, we praise Allah and ask His forgiveness. Three verses about humility in success.
idhā jāa naṣru l-lahi wal-fatḥu
When the victory of Allāh has come and the conquest,
wara-ayta l-nāsa yadkhulūna fī dīni l-lahi afwājan
And you see the people entering into the religion of Allāh in multitudes,
fasabbiḥ biḥamdi rabbika wa-is'taghfir'hu innahu kāna tawwāban
Then exalt [Him] with praise of your Lord and ask forgiveness of Him. Indeed, He is ever Accepting of Repentance.
