Surah Al-Fatiha
The Opener: 7 verses in Arabic with transliteration and meaning.
Al-Kawthar is the shortest surah of the Quran: just three verses. Allah tells the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) that He has given him al-Kawthar, so he should pray to his Lord and sacrifice for Him.
إِنَّآ أَعْطَيْنَـٰكَ ٱلْكَوْثَرَ
innā aʿṭaynāka l-kawthara
Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muḥammad], al-Kawthar.
فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَٱنْحَرْ
faṣalli lirabbika wa-in'ḥar
So pray to your Lord and offer sacrifice [to Him alone].
إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلْأَبْتَرُ
inna shāni-aka huwa l-abtaru
Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off.

Those who hated the Prophet are the ones cut off (verse 3).
Three short verses make Al-Kawthar a good surah to learn right after Al-Fatiha.
Listen together a few times in the morning and again in the evening.
